The Open NCP implementation will provide Health Care Professionals with key information in emergency situations and save unnecessary diagnostic procedures for EU Citizens abroad.
The Open NCP project supports the transfer of EU citizen’s data relating to the Patient Summary (PS) and Electronic Prescribing (eprescription) for unscheduled care. The goal is to enhance the continuity of care for individual citizens using a secure patient consent service and provide safe and high-quality transfer of healthcare information within EU member states.
